80′s metal is something I grew up with, and was really my first love in terms of music genres. The artwork created for band logos, shirts and record covers from that time was pretty iconic too, and I spent a lot of time drawing them on my pencil case while at school. This is a nod to the artwork of that era.

I collect and restore 70′s & 80′s push bikes and love some of the graphics from that era. This is a throwback to some of the decals that are found on old bikes.

I grew up in the 80′s, and was a huge Mr.T fan. My dad brought me home a shirt similar to this from a motor show when I was a kid, as T was doing promo work for Toyota at that stage. The shirt was pretty much an all over print of his overalls, chains and shirt – so you looked like a little T when you wore it. I loved that shirt, and this is my grown up tribute.

Another sci-fi inspired cut, this is a simple single colour print that uses intersecting linework, and minimal type. The original idea was to have a huge overall print, but we ended up scaling it down somewhat.

I’m a huge sci-fi fan, and this shirt was inspired by some heavy duty 80′s machinery. The symmetrical design worked well on a shirt design.

A shirt we designed a few years back for aussie band After The Fall. I was doodling in my sketch book and came up with the basic idea, and good friend Fontaine Anderson illustrated the final artwork. The band loved it.

Coopers Alive T-Shirt 2010: T-shirt design produced for the Music SA, Coopers Alive festival 2010. We also designed all of the marketing collateral including, poster, program, press ads and buttons.
EA HK Monaro T-Shirt
Most of my family are petrol heads, and there are quite a few muscle cars owned by relatives. My dad and uncle both own Monaro’s, and a few years back I decided to design them a t-shirt each using a photo of their car, and some graphics specific to that particlular model. This is my uncle’s HK.
